Are you looking for an exciting way to switch up your workout regimen? Spin may be the class for you!  This class is great for both beginners and seasoned athletes and here’s why:

Spin is a Low Impact Exercise

If you are recovering from a recent injury or surgery, like a knee or hip issue, a low impact workout is a great option because it puts less stress on your joints. High-impact exercises like running, can put more pressure on your legs and pose a threat of stress fracture and/or ligament damage. With spinning, you’ll build lower body strength, get a great cardiovascular workout and worry less about causing any further joint damage.

You Choose the Effort

Your instructor will lead you through a thrilling series of flat roads, all-out sprints & uphill climbs but it’s you that determines how much energy to exert. You are always in control of the resistance knob and the speed at which you pedal. You can push yourself to a personal best, or coast through class when you’re not feeling your finest, all without worrying about the person next to you. It’s your ride!

You get Variety in Your Workout

Sick of your usual treadmill routine? We don’t blame you. With spin, classes typically run 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Each class is exhilarating and unique because of the instructor energy, music lineups & the work out itself. It’s never the same class twice.

The Time Will Fly

With the music pumping, sweat dripping & instructor cheering you on, spin class goes by in a flash. When you hop off that bike after 45 minutes, you’ll be glad you came.
