How do I set up my online account?

We recommend that all members set up their online account within 30 days of joining. Your default username & password is the numerical code found on the back of your scan card. Use your online account to:

  • Enroll in classes and programs
  • View your charges
  • Update your billing information
  • Book babysitting
  • And more!

How do I sign up for a group exercise class?

Classes are included in most memberships. Sign up is available up to one day in advance. Please log in to your member account and pick your desired activity. Check in with the front desk staff upon arrival. If something comes up and you are unable to make it in, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation to allow space for the next participant. Does BAC have childcare?

Yes, we offer babysitting in a safe, fun environment for children ages 3 months and older. Club members may book babysitting services for up to 3 hours while they utilize the club. For hours and pricing, please click here.

How do I book a tennis court?

Our indoor tennis courts may be reserved up to 7 days in advance by calling the member services team at 617-269-4300. Please click here for pricing. For no-shows or cancellations with less than 24-hr notice, the player making the reservation is responsible for payment of the full fee for all players. Stay tuned for online booking!

How do I rent a locker?

Rental lockers are available for a monthly fee. To get started with a rental, click here

Day lockers are available for daily use. Please bring your own personal lock and remove after each visit. For smaller valuables, lock boxes are located in the hallway outside of the locker rooms.

How do I introduce a friend to BAC?

Ask them to join you for a guest visit! We will ask you to register your guest upon arrival and fill out a guest waiver form. A photo ID is required for all guests. Guests of members are $20.

We also have a great referral program. Contact the sales office for more details. 

What’s a fitness consultation?

Our fitness consultation is a one-on-one session with one of our knowledgeable trainers where we help you set your fitness goals, take you through a movement screen and design a workout based off of what you are looking for. In easier terms, we look at how you move and help to guide you away from any injuries and toward great results. Our fitness consultation comes with your membership and is completely complimentary. We strongly encourage all of our new members to book their fitness consultation within 7 days of joining the club so that we can help get you oriented to our gym and started on your workout routine. We can accommodate all schedules so just let us know what day and time works for you. Get started today!

How do I get my fitness reimbursement?

Most employers or health care providers now reimburse for gym expenses. Once you’ve determined which items are required, log in to your account to view and print your membership agreement, payment and visit history.
