Spaces to explore:

Cardio Training Center:  Treadmills, elliptical trainers, arc trainers, step mills, AMT trainers and more.  There is a balance of options with individual entertainment units and those free from technology.

Free Weights:  Squat racks, flat benches, cables units, dumbbells, pre-weighted straight bars and dual pulley units combine for a complete strength training area.

The Circuit:  Our Technogym selectorized resistance training routine provides a consistent option for increased strength and endurance.

Performance Training:  This space is like no other in Boston – we call it “the ERG”.  Over 9,000 square feet of functional training space and equipment creates a dynamic and challenging option for all who are up to the challenge.

The StudiosMain Studio: houses our core group exercise programming. Mind/Body Studio:  supports our yoga, Pilates and barre programs.  Indoor Cycling Studio:  with 29 spin bikes, BAC programming is a great addition to every routine.

Indoor Swimming Pool:  Our 4-lane, 20-yard pool hosts lap swimmers, private lessons and group classes.
