Danny started at the BAC in February of 2019 after moving back to Boston from Indiana. He is a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and holds his BS in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. As a former basketball and football player in high school, he has a passion for helping athletes of all ages.
Danny has a number of years of experience as a physical therapists’ aid helping countless patients rehab from injuries to come back stronger than ever. He studied under Mike Reinold, former physical therapist of the Boston Red Sox, in a 6-month Strength & Conditioning Internship. During this internship Danny worked with athletes from little league all the way up to the MLB. After this internship, he moved onto working at Velocity Sports Performance, where he helped athletes improve their performance both on the field and in the weight room. Last year, Danny moved to Indiana with his fiancée while she attended veterinary school. While living there, he worked at Parkwest Fitness, where he became the Small Group Training Manager.
Danny also has competed in powerlifting and has helped other athletes to compete in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. When he is not lifting weights, he enjoys playing basketball, golfing and hiking. Danny and his fiancée foster dogs to help find their forever homes.
