As a lifelong resident of South Boston, Christine joined the Boston Athletic Club excited to bring new energy and passion to a gym located in the heart of her hometown. Christine became passionate about fitness at a very young age and grew up running, playing hockey, baseball, basketball and participating in almost every form of exercise!

Aside from being a personal trainer, Christine has also taught classes like box-fit, spinning and high-energy total-body circuit workouts. She also runs a youth fitness program (teens n training) where she works with mostly teen girls, Irish step dancers, and children at summer camps. She works with local youth, trying to bring fitness into their lives by teaching them to take care of themselves both physically and mentally, while showing them that it will help with their confidence and self-esteem.

Christine’s focus as a personal trainer is to teach all her clients, both young and old, that fitness will help them in all aspects of their lives. And more importantly, that you can have fun with fitness!
