Boxing: Boxing Boot Camp is a fun and fast-paced circuit-style class that combines boxing and functional training to increase your aerobic endurance, build strength and create or improve your boxing skills. Classes are varied each week and include a mix of jump roping, shadow boxing, heavy bag drills, core work to give you a full body workout in under an hour – guaranteed!
Kettlebells for Women: Kettlebell training offers a unique variety of cardio and strength that will jumpstart any workout routine. In this program, our Strong First Kettlebell Coach will teach ladies specific techniques to ensure safe and fun workouts; including how to properly squat, press, deadlift, swing and much more. If you are interested in losing unwanted pounds, building strength and gaining some serious confidence, then this is the program for you!
