Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held in a meditative state for longer periods of time, usually 3 to 5 minutes. In the practice of Yin we access the deeper tissues, such as connective tissues and fascia and many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint (hips, sacrum, spine). All levels welcome.
