Group Training

The Boston Athletic Club Boot Camp Program is designed to motivate and inspire you. The program consists of cardio intervals, strength, stability, core and power.  Every class will challenge you with moves that keep your workouts fresh and allow you to continue to see results without sacrificing gains.  The program is designed to be non-intimidating, semi-social and a great way to have a mixture of fun and fitness.  There is a Boot Camp level for everyone!

Next 6-Week Session Starts:

Please note: you must attend the same day and time each week for the full 6-week program. If you are unable to commit to the same day and time each week you may do a drop-in at a higher price, but must get permission from the trainer to do so, to make sure there is space available in that timeslot.
