The Boston Athletic Club features a variety of equipment for all fitness levels. We have a fitness center divided into 2 distinct sections, all surrounding our basketball court, which allows for additional workout space when games are not occurring.
On one side we have a large dedicated resistance training center including a complete Nautilus™ circuit, free weight area, bench areas, and an extensive variety of additional resistance equipment that isolate and train specific muscle groups. When used in conjunction with a personal trainer, our free weights and resistance equipment are the key to focusing on specific body-shaping goals.
On the other side we have a complete cardio center that is equipped with Stairmasters, upright and reclined-position stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers, rowing machines, and a stretching and abdominal workout area complete with floor mats, ceiling-height mirror and ballet bar for serious flexibility exercises.
Whether you need a hand with a difficult stretch or want to learn about a new piece of equipment, the Boston Athletic Club floor staff is always nearby and ready to help!
