The BAC Couch to 5K program is for folks who have a goal of completing a 5k – whether it’s their first time or they’re a regular runner, the group is intended for folks who currently run at a 10-15 minute mile pace. The program is 5 weeks long for $99 – we only have 10 slots available! Couch to 5K will meet Saturdays at 7:15am downstairs to warm-up, then we’ll go outside for a run. Runs will be progressed each week starting Sat. Oct. 13th with our 5K race on Sunday Nov. 11th http://www.bostonriverrun.com/ Runners are responsible for their own sign-up. The following week, folks get a free drop-in to one of Janine’s ERG classes (Wed 6p or Sat 8:30a)
