Group Exercise
The Boston Athletic Club provides our members with a wide variety of group exercise options taught by the highest quality of trained professionals. From group exercise classes and group training sessions to kids and teen training, we will help you meet your goals.
More than 50 group exercise classes are offered each week for all fitness levels. View a complete schedule of classes and description of exercise programs including yoga, spinning, aqua aerobics, group POWER, group KICK, Zumba and more. Even our most physically demanding classes can be modified for your fitness level, and our professional staff is always ready to help introduce a newcomer to the benefits of group exercise.
