I have over ten years of experience in the fitness industry and graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Science. In school I competed as a Division I athlete in both track and cross country and, after graduating, became a certified strength and conditioning coach (NSCA).

As a trainer, I first began working with a variety of athletes including many hockey players, skiers, tennis players, and NFL players. Over the years, I developed a training technique that focuses on using functional exercises to develop core strength, postural alignment, and flexibility.

I have a strong background in nutrition and develop individual programs based on the specific needs of my clients. As a personal trainer, my overall goal is to help my clients achieve a happier, healthier lifestyle while encouraging them to enjoy their workouts!
