Robin Aranson

Robin has over ten years of experience in the fitness industry and graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Science. She also competed as a Division I athlete in both track and cross country.

As a trainer, Robin first began working with a variety of athletes including many hockey players, skiers, tennis players, and NFL players. Over the years, she has developed a training technique that focuses on using functional exercises to develop core strength, postural alignment, and flexibility.

Robin also has a strong background in nutrition and develops individual programs based on the specific needs of clients. As a personal trainer, her overall goal is to help her clients achieve a happier, healthier lifestyle while encouraging them to enjoy their workouts!
