Greg Vlamis

Greg came to the Boston Athletic Club in the summer of 2005. He is a certified personal trainer from the National College of Exercise Professionals and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Greg has worked in the fitness industry for the past 10 years all across the nation. Greg enjoys working with clients of all ages and levels of fitness and runs both sport specific training and individualized weight loss programs at the Boston Athletic Club.

Greg has two successful cross training classes, one intermediate and one beginner level class, which has been coined “The Breakfast Club”. Greg also works as a member of the Group Exercise Staff teaching a popular Core Blast class which focuses on core strength and development.
