Group Exercise Certifications: Zumba, Mad Dogg Spinning, Plyo Power, Group Kick and Group Power

I have been involved in sports and fitness my whole life – I was a gymnast for over 13 years and in high school I played Varsity Softball and was the Captain of the Varsity Cheerleading Squad – which lead to me cheerleading on the coed squad at the University of New Hampshire.

Being an athlete introduced me to training at an early age – the bodyweight and endurance training I did as a gymnast in my teens still helps me to this day. My goal as a personal trainer is to motivate, inspire, and educate others about the benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition plays a huge role in how your body looks, feels and moves, and as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I am available for Nutrition Consultations to help people better understand it all!

I believe in training hard and training smart, but most importantly having fun while you do it!
