Caitlin has been involved in sports and fitness her whole life – she was a gymnast for over 13 years and in high school she played Varsity Softball and was the Captain of the Varsity Cheerleading Squad – which lead to her cheerleading on the coed squad at the University of New Hampshire.

Being an athlete introduced Caitlin to training at an early age – the bodyweight and endurance training she did as a gymnast in her teens still helps her to this day. Her goal as a personal trainer is to motivate, inspire, and educate others about the benefits of exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition plays a huge role in how your body looks, feels and moves, and as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, she is available for Nutrition Consultations to help people better understand it all!

Caitlin believes in training hard and training smart, but most importantly having fun while you do it!
