Caitlin Monaghan
Caitlin is the Assistant Fitness Director and Group Exercise Manager at the BAC – and is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, and is certified in Zumba, Spinning, Plyo Power, Group Kick and Group Power.
Caitlin’s journey with fitness began at a very young age. She played Varsity Softball and was a gymnast for over 13 years, which then transitioned into a love of cheerleading. Caitlin cheered at the University of New Hampshire where she graduated with a BS in Business Marketing.
When training clients or teaching group exercise classes, Caitlin’s goal is to encourage people to find motivation within themselves and be better than they think they are. She believes in training hard, training smart, and most importantly having fun while you do it! Caitlin has a body composition and weight management certification, and is available for Nutritional Consultations.
