Vinyasa Flow

This yoga class will move fluidly through a challenging Vinyasa practice, where a series of postures are connected through the breath. The class will conclude with a slower, more meditative series of stretches, to relieve stress and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Appropriate for new students as well as more seasoned practitioners, modifications are provided for varying levels of experience.
