This high-energy strength training class is a great way to build muscle and burn fat. The interval segments will have you alternating between cardiovascular and strength work – allowing you to work hard, make progress and see results! The Monday class includes SR (Stretch & Recover): Reduce muscle soreness and increase range of motion and joint mobility all while relaxing the mind and reducing pain and the effects of stress. If you often feel ‘tight’ or find it challenging to stretch on a regular basis, you will look forward to the last 10-15 of this class!
